Decades of Experience. A Practice Evolving for What's Next.

Founded in 2001, The Worrell Law Firm, P.C. brings together decades of experience across law, real estate, banking, finance, family law, and mediation.

Today, the firm serves clients through two distinct areas of focus: Worrell Real Estate Group, led by Glyne D. Worrell, and the firm's Family Law & Mediation practice, led by Blanca E. Espinosa.

Together, they bring experience, professionalism, and a practical approach to matters that can significantly affect property, finances, and families.

The Worrell Law Firm was founded by Glyne D. Worrell in 2001, but the experience behind the firm began long before its doors opened.

Glyne's professional career has crossed several disciplines, including commercial banking, finance, real estate transactions, private legal practice, and corporate counsel. His experience before and after founding the firm has given him a broad understanding of the legal, financial, and transactional issues that can surround real property.

Over time, The Worrell Law Firm also developed a substantial family-law practice. Glyne's work included family law and adoptions, while Blanca E. Espinosa built her practice around representing individuals and families and later expanded her work to include mediation.

As the firm has evolved, so has its focus.

Today, Glyne concentrates his professional experience on real estate, court-appointed receiverships, and complex property matters through Worrell Real Estate Group, while Blanca continues the firm's active family law and mediation practice.

It is a new chapter built on an established foundation.

What Guides Our Work

Experience, Professionalism & Practical Solutions

The Worrell Law Firm was built on a straightforward philosophy: develop a sound knowledge of the work, maintain high professional and ethical standards, serve each client well, and continually strive to exceed expectations.

That approach helped the firm establish professional relationships and credibility within the legal community, and it continues to influence how the firm works today. Glyne has emphasized that the firm's reputation grew through the quality of its work and relationships with clients, colleagues, and the judiciary.

Whether the matter involves a court-appointed receivership, the disposition of real estate, a family-law concern, or mediation, our goal is to bring the appropriate experience to the matter and help move it toward a practical resolution.

Glyne D. Worrell brings 35+ years of experience across real estate, banking, finance, and the legal industries and more than 25 years of experience as an attorney.

His career began in banking and finance before transitioning into law. His professional experience has included serving as Vice President with First City National Bank, Associate Attorney with Bracewell & Patterson, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel with Bank United, and Senior Real Estate Counsel for JCPenney Corporation. He founded The Worrell Law Firm, P.C. in 2001.

Throughout his career, Glyne has developed experience involving real estate and finance, regulatory compliance, due diligence, acquisitions and development, loan servicing and workouts, contract negotiations, creditors' rights, and family law.

Today, Glyne's primary focus is Worrell Real Estate Group, where he applies that multidisciplinary background to court-appointed receiverships, court-appointed real estate matters, and complex property transactions.

His role as both an attorney and licensed Realtor® is particularly relevant to matters where the legal process and disposition of real property intersect. Glyne has explained that his dual licensing allows him to address legal filings and court appearances associated with his receivership work while also understanding the real estate side of the transaction.

The Firm Today

Two Areas of Focus. One Established Foundation.

The Worrell Law Firm has evolved alongside the experience and professional interests of its attorneys.

Worrell Real Estate Group

Court-Appointed Receivership & Complex Real Estate

Led by Glyne D. Worrell, Worrell Real Estate Group focuses on matters where real estate, financial considerations, and legal proceedings intersect.

The practice includes court-appointed Receiver services, court-appointed Realtor® services, divorce and probate-related real estate, and complex or court-supervised property sales.

Family Law & Mediation

Representation & Alternative Dispute Resolution

Led by Blanca E. Espinosa, the firm's family-law and mediation practice serves individuals and families navigating domestic-relations matters with an emphasis on knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and practical resolution.

A Specialized Evolution

Building on Decades of Legal, Financial & Real Estate Experience

Worrell Real Estate Group represents the natural evolution of Glyne's professional career.

After decades working across banking, real estate transactions, corporate counsel, private practice, and family law, Glyne began focusing increasingly on court-appointed Receiver work in high-conflict cases involving real property.

That work combines many of the disciplines that have defined his career: understanding legal proceedings, evaluating financial considerations, navigating real estate transactions, negotiating competing interests, and moving property toward disposition.

Today, Worrell Real Estate Group is the firm's primary business-development focus, with an emphasis on expanding its receivership and complex real estate work throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas.

Beyond the Practice

Professional Experience Rooted in Community

Blanca has also been involved with organizations including the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, Leadership Dallas, and RYLA – Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Camp.
